What can I buy here?

Is shipping free?

When should an order arrive?
Allow about 1–2 business days for preparation and an estimated 3–5 business days for carrier transit. These ranges are not guaranteed.
May I return or exchange something I do not want?
Yes. A change of mind, personal preference, or wrong selection can be submitted within 30 days after delivery for a mail return or exchange. Non-defective merchandise must remain new, unused, and in its original state with packaging, tags, and accessories.
What are the return charges?
The parcel includes a free return label. There is no restocking fee, and an exchange depends on available inventory. Wait for authorization before mailing the item.
What if an item is damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete?
Provide the order number, checkout email, an explanation, and useful photos or video of the item and packaging. Material differences from the description are also reviewable.
When is an approved refund processed?
It returns to the original payment method and is processed within 10 days after approval.
